Projects
Mission:Hire September 2026 – Present
• Designing an AI job-matching platform for Ukraine’s 2M+ veterans: semantic search (sentence embeddings, pgvector) instead of
rule-based matching, to translate military experience into civilian job requirements.
• Building a RAG career advisor and evaluating both modules against the existing «Veteran+» baseline (Recall@k, nDCG@k, MRR@k;
LLM vs LLM+RAG).
• Practicum at the Ukrainian Veterans IT Association: analysed the «Veteran+» platform and competing solutions, working with
veteran-organization experts.

CropSense March 2026 – April 2026
• Developed the database architecture and ETL pipeline, processing multisensor data via PySpark, MongoDB and GridFS.
• Created a ML module for crop disease detection, using 5 different models and obtaining the best precision of 89.9%.
• Directed a cross-cultural team of 5 engineers through 5 Agile sprints over a 1.5-month period, delivering a fully validated database
schema and optimized model architecture 2 weeks ahead of the final academic deadline.

Thinkify September 2024 – April 2025
• Led a team of 5 developers to build an application enhancing cognitive functions for people with mental disorders.
• Developed non-relation database design and managed the process of its integration into the Flask-based application.
• Achieved TOP-3 project recognition from professors and IT industry experts, securing 50+ active users in the initial rollout phase.
