• Supervision of 7 interregional managers and 9 chief specialists in the branch development unit working with 24 regional and 156 local branches;
• Designing and implementing a branch and volunteer development program for URCS as part of the implementation of the URCS Strategy, working in close cooperation with National Society management and partners from the Movement such as International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent (IFRC), International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC), Austrian, Danish, French, Finnish, German, Irish, Italian, Luxemburg, British, Swiss, Sweden and Canadian Red Cross;

• Fills in logbook correctly after every trip;
• Ensures that the vehicles are always refuelled in time;
• Ensures following the security rules by drivers;
• Checks the mechanical condition of the vehicle before the trip and at the beginning of all working days: fluid levels, wheels, tyres, lights, inspect for eventual leaking of fuel and oil, checks body condition;
• Performs any other activities upon request of immediate supervisor;
• Respects ICRC internal security rules at all times.

• Family driver, private person, (07.2013-10.2014):
• Making deliveries to business premises;
• Visited the airport for pick up and drop off;
• Conducting extended or overnight trips when required;

• Inspect buildings or building designs to determine fire protection system requirements and potential problems in areas such as water supplies, exit locations, and construction materials;
