and Grafana; responded to outages and handled incidents within SLA.
• Performed L1–L3 troubleshooting: link verification, VLAN and routing checks, traffic analysis in Wireshark,
log analysis.
• Configured and maintained active network equipment — Cisco, Juniper, MikroTik, Edgecore, D-Link and
Zyxel switches and routers (VLAN, static routing, OSPF, MSTP/RSTP, LACP, ACL).
• Administered Linux server operating systems (Debian, Ubuntu): DNS, DHCP, NAT services and SSH access.
• Developed Python and Bash scripts (scheduled via cron) that log in to switches, run routine diagnostic
commands and summarise the results automatically — eliminating repetitive manual checks so engineers
