• Managing overall process of the cardboard export sales, B2B;
• Developing of new export markets. Customer acquisition, development and retention, including building and
maintenance of strong dealer network;
• Responsible for management, budgeting, sales & production planning, and tracking of Cardboard Export Unit.
• Managing, analyzing and determining composition of the cardboard products portfolio;
• Undertaking researches and compiling information about cardboard market and competitors;
• Develop and determine pricing model and policy of cardboard products;
• Ensure healthy flow of sales pipeline. Controlling the process of the customer's orders tackling;
• Reviewing and consolidating workforce reporting by ensuring reliability of reports and ensuring regular reports;
• Work with docs and apps: CRM (Microsoft AX), Optivision, Directum, others. Customers database, export contracts,
certificates, offers, visit report, INCOTERMS, presentations etc.;
• Cash flow and receivables controlling, reclamation and compensation handling.
Achievements:
• Increased the share of export sales in KCPM's sales pie to 54% (+14%);
• Increased regular sales volumes up to 1,5K MT per month (+22%);
• Took participation in the following exhibitions: Interpack (Dusseldorf), PrintTek (Istanbul), Eurasia Packaging (Istanbul);
• Opened the new markets: Turkey, Hungary, Azerbaijan, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Serbia.
• Developed and maintaining a strong partnership with more than 40+ of the new clients.
