Head of Maintenance department of catalyst production
plant at Clariant Ukraine Severodonetsk (2016 -2022)

• Managed a team of maintenance services (including mechanic service, electric service,
service of measuring devices, car drivers) providing sustained production process.
Approximate amount 50 persons of staff.
• Record keeping for the dangerous equipment: vessels working under the pression,
pipelines with hot water and steam, equipment containing hazardous materials (nitric acid,
sulfuric acid), lifting mechanisms and devices, elevators.
• According to the project searched for contractors of spare parts, equipment supply or for
building constructions including 3rd party services; arranged tenders according to the
prosedure, made drafts of contracts.
• Provided the annual maintenance budget, participated in budgeting of specific projects
(new equipment, building constructions technology changes)
• Implemented new technological processes with new equipment (drum dryers,
vessels, filtering presses, tabletting machines, reactors, vessels working under pression.)
• Collaborated with ESHA developing working manuals, safety guides, labour standartization
processes, including collaboration with Europe ESHA specialists.
• Made monthly and annual reports of labor costs, usage of spare parts and materials using
SAP PM Module.

Mechanic, Maintenance master (2007-2016)

• Managed a group of mechanics providing maintenance and repair of production
equipment.
• Participated in the installing of a new equipment.
• Filled out reports and documentation concerning the costs for the maintenance
(man hours, spare parts, materials).
• Main types of equipment: vessels working under the pression, pipelines with hot water and
steam, equipment containing hazardous materials (nitric acid, sulfuric acid), lifting
mechanisms and devices, elevators, tableting machines, air compressors, pumps.
