administrations, and 500+ international partners, mobilizing over ₴40 billion in humanitarian assistance.

2023-2024 Government Relations Partner ALLM INC. TELEMEDICINE & DHS, KYIV, UKRAINE
Represented a Japanese health-tech company entering the Ukrainian market, focusing on establishing
institutional partnerships and policy frameworks for telemedicine deployment in both civilian and military
healthcare systems. Acted as the primary liaison between the company, state authorities, and healthcare
