Leads the transfer process and control all the transfer activity according to customer requirements (quality, stock, production planning, etc.) and budgeted costs. Coordinates and manages the kick-off and the follow up meetings, including moderation and meeting minutes. Ensures that the transfer is handled in a timely manner and meets budgeted cost and quality targets and communication to customer. Reporting to the TOP Management on regular basis about the transfer status.
