07/2022 – 07/2023 – Research Assistant at Research Institute of Molecular Pathology, J. Zuber Lab, Vienna, Austria. Used the state-of-the-art CRISPR-Cas9 techniques to study gene function in mouse and human cancer cell lines. 11/2015 – 11/2018 PhD student and Research Assistant (part-time). Ms. Stupchuk investigated the effect of silver nanoparticles (AgNP) on the functional status of mouse oocytes and cells of their follicular environment under conditions of ESAD and modeled of oxidative stress in vitro. She created, with co-investigators, the animal model of the ESAD and received a Ukrainian Utility Model Patent. She conducted the laboratory-based investigations and experiments, collected, processed and analyzed data, published and presented the results. She prepared the protocol drafts of treating animals in the laboratories and submitted these draft protocols to the Committee on Bioethics.
