• Project abstract: manage self-hosted services with no code nor manual operations with a simple Flutter
application directly from your phone that talks to a secure by default NixOS distribution
• Designed and built an automated NixOS-based IaaC, impossible with traditional Linux distributions

• Created CI/CD pipelines with Podman containers. Later moved to pure Nix pipelines, making

infrastructure and artifacts fully binary reproducible, guaranteeing security and trust for users
• Built, signed, and deployed using Nix and Fastlane our Flutter application to all targets: all sorts of

Linux (plus Snap and Flathub), Windows installer, macOS image, Android and iOS stores (plus F-Droid)
• Created integration tests for our Python server, ensuring developers have the same production

environment as our users. This allows us to easily reproduce and fix reported problems
• Created monitoring, logging, and alerting infrastructure with Grafana and Prometheus

• Wrote developer and user-facing documentation
