- Built an AI agent that handles inbound communication with leads on Upwork and moves them from first contact to a booked online meeting with a manager. Result: the agent replaced a person, since it matched them on quality of work and could also reply outside business hours. Platforms involved: n8n, Upwork, HubSpot, Apollo, Notion, OpenAI, Gmail, Slack.
- Audited 60 existing Make.com scenarios and migrated the business-critical parts to n8n on the client's own server, which cut SaaS subscription costs and allowed the scenario logic to be improved in the places where Make.com wouldn't allow it. Main areas: syncing projects and their tasks between Asana and Toggl, preparing data for Power BI.
- Ran an audit in Asana - found and fixed errors in historical data that could have skewed employee KPIs
- Built an AI agent for the team that helps people find their way around the company knowledge base and acts as a consultant, taking load off senior and mid-level specialists since it can answer most of the questions new hires have.
- Built the infrastructure on the client's server for running n8n (Ubuntu VM + Docker + Cloudflare).
- Documented the Power BI analytics that other contractors had built up over the years.
