I have strong technical skills and experience in solving IT problems, helping users, and keeping
IT systems working well.
What I can do:
• Provide daily technical support for employees: fix software, hardware, and network issues to
keep the office working without problems.
• Set up workstations and equipment.
• Work with Active Directory.
• Work with Windows Group Policy (GPO).
• Complete different IT tasks: give equipment, install software, and configure workplaces.
• Administer Bitrix24 CRM and Google Workspace — create and manage accounts, set access,
and integrate with the company domain.
• Do basic laptop maintenance: cleaning, replacing parts, diagnostics.
• Keep records of company equipment.
• Maintain office devices (printers, cartridges, plotters) and arrange service when needed.
• Create clear and simple internal instructions for employees.
• Monitor work processes and productivity using Yaware.
• Configure Access Control Systems (ACS).
• Do installation work and cable tasks (for example, Ethernet crimping).
• Provide remote support through TeamViewer, AnyDesk and other remote tools.
• Administer workstations using MECM.
• Work with servers in Windows Server Manager.
• Use RDSH.
• Administer Ubiquiti (UNIFI) devices.
• Configure routers: TP-LINK, D-LINK, TENDA (and a bit of MikroTik).
• I have strong communication skills.
• I have good knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and basic network technologies (TCP/IP,
DHCP, DNS, GPO, VPN).
• I understand computer hardware very well.
