It was a nice place, yet I wasnt comfortable with the office location.
There is a big action for installment plan events in one of the biggest banks of Kazakhstan, and all sale managers had increased workload for more than a week, 12-16h shifts. Ive been working for ~168 hours for 11 days without a dayoff, burned out, and got too stressed after these days.

I started when I was 14 y.o. as a support (back then Ive been playing a lot), but with time my responsibilities grew from a usual game support to administrator. I managed to assemble and train our own little team (about 12 people) that works fine without me now. I still need there as a QA specialist and Project Manager during big tests (team of testers is about 50 members), and it used to be smoothly from 2020. Doing this in my free time as a hobby.
