I worked as an initiator in the project in which my team and I organised a large aid package collection,
optimising and shipping it to Ukraine. The key tasks I was responsible for included the following:
Built and managed cross-functional operational teams responsible for collection, repackaging, and multi-
channel communication across all phases of the project lifecycle
Led outreach and engagement efforts across digital and offline platforms, increasing donor participation
and ensuring consistent supply flow throughout the project lifecycle
Achieved the successful delivery of over 300 kg of essential goods, including clothing, food, wooden
socks, and select tactical equipment, to communities across Ukraine
