PROFILE
Mechanical Design Engineer and Process Engineer with practical experience in R&D, mechanical design and
manufacturing preparation. My work covers the engineering path from a 3D model and production drawing to
selection of a manufacturing method, preparation of production data and support of the part through
manufacturing. I have worked with machine and equipment design, sheet-metal parts, CNC manufacturing, laser
cutting, 3D printing, welding and assembly. I am comfortable working with engineering documentation and with
ISO, GOST, DSTU and ESKD requirements.

My main CAD tools are Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks and AutoCAD. I also have working knowledge of Siemens NX.
For engineering analysis I use ANSYS and SolidWorks Simulation, while production preparation work has included
PDM/Vault systems, 1C, laser-cutting and CNC-related software, and G-code.

WORK EXPERIENCE
SHERP | Process Engineer & Mechanical Design Engineer (R&D) Spring 2025 - Present
Responsible for engineering and manufacturing preparation of mechanical parts and assemblies within R&D work. The
role covers 3D design of parts and new machine elements, development and release of production drawings, work with
ISO requirements, and support of the production cycle from design to manufacture.

I develop manufacturing approaches for different part types and prepare production data and programs for laser cutting
and CNC manufacturing. Another part of the work is evaluating whether replacement parts should be produced or
purchased, including a practical comparison of manufacturing feasibility and cost.

TOLOKA | Mechanical Design Engineer - R&D / Military Tech (NDA) Spring 2024 - Winter 2025
Worked on 3D modelling of parts and complex assemblies for R&D projects in military technology, including drones and
ground control systems. Prepared technical documentation and project drawings and took part in planning and
management of engineering project processes. The work was performed under NDA, therefore project details are
intentionally not disclosed.

TWEKO | Mechanical Design Engineer Autumn 2023 - Spring 2024
Designed mechanical parts and assemblies for painting chambers and prepared drawings for production in accordance
with GOST requirements. The position included support of the parts production cycle, development of new design
solutions for equipment, and assessment of whether replacement components should be purchased or manufactured.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
CAD AND DRAWINGS Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD; Siemens NX - working knowledge. 3D
modelling of parts and assemblies, production drawings and engineering
