CAREER BACKGROUND
Feb/2025-present JICA Ukraine Office: Project Officer (Sectors: Rule of law, Law enforcement,
Digital/Cybersecurity, SME/Industry, Demining, Regional recovery, Transport/Logistics (Railway,
Ports), WSS, Debris). Duties performed:
 Formulation JICA’s new financial and technical cooperation projects;
 Monitoring, coordination, implementation of ongoing projects;
 Analytical works of relevant government agencies and other development partners;
 Interpretation and translation services for JICA’s activities and take minutes of meetings;
 Other arrangements including official communication, sending inquiries and applications to
the governments and development partners.

2020-2025 Chernivtsi City Council: Councilor of the City Mayor on International Relations, Chief Specialist
of the Department of Investments and International Relations, Deputy Head of the
Entrepreneurship Development Center in Chernivtsi City. Duties performed:
 Strategic planning and policy development;
 Coordination of participation initiatives, local development projects, development plans;
 Interdepartmental and municipal collaboration with national and foreign partners;
 Project design, implementation and reporting for projects supported by international
institutions, grant programs, programs of international technical assistance, interregional and
cross-border programs;
 Development and facilitation of investment initiatives for municipally owned assets,
ensuring strategic alignment with broader regional development objectives.

2019-2020 Ministry of Finance of Ukraine: Chief specialist of the International Cooperation
Department. Duties performed:
 Cooperation with the International Monetary Fund in terms of implementation of
economic development programs;
 Elaboration and examination of the legal acts;
 Preparation of documents for the purpose of signing international agreements;
 Preparation of materials for work meetings, intergovernmental missions;
 Cooperation with relevant structural divisions of the Ministry, central and other bodies of
executive power, diplomatic missions.

2015-2019 International legal company “Law and Trust International”: Lawyer. Duties performed:
 Registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs;
 Preparation and analysis of contracts; legal consultations;

 Organization, preparation and informational support of the deputies of the Ukrainian part
of PA EURONEST; and members of the Ukrainian part of the Parliamentary Committee of the
