The proposed intelligent methods of representing knowledge in a single formalism (model) ensure the reuse of knowledge from the knowledge repository. The results of experimental studies confirmed that the use of the developed software tools enabled a 27.5% increase in the efficiency of diagnosing computer tools and their components during operation.
