Main responsibilities and achievements: fulfilled a smooth cutover for DBSS Phase 1 and 2 solution (covering more than 23 million prepaid subscribers and 4.5 million postpaid subscribers, including B2B), provided Digital Managed Services for customer (Kyivstar) compliance with contractual SLA for all KPIs, stabilized the system by reducing high-severity incidents (from 1-2/week to 0-1/month), managed over 100 staff (including the embedded Kyivstar's team), took over support/development contracts with 3PPs, decommissioning Legacy systems, optimized IT processes (between MS team, customer and partners), delivered more than 100 major ADM CR/projects, passed all SOC Audit Controls without deficiencies, prepared the budget every year with quarterly reviews and alignment with management, focused on the First Major Upgrade implementation.
