Tasks & Duties - Added integrations with Busfor, KLR and FlixBus APIs, resolving inconsistencies in
provider responses and improving handling of availability, pricing and booking
operations;

- Refactored and optimized search, reservation and booking logic to improve
performance, add caching and stabilize booking state transitions;
 - Updated the admin panel (React) by improving route management, markups
configuration, booking editing tools and operator settings;

- Implemented additional background jobs for schedule synchronization, booking
status reconciliation and provider health monitoring using RabbitMQ;

- Added AI integration. Implemented an LLM-based module that interprets user
search queries with typos, incomplete city names, mixed languages or ambiguous
inputs, converting them into structured search parameters to improve search
accuracy and user experience.

Position .Net/C# + React Software Engineer

Tasks & Duties - Quiz builder and survey platform. Built full-stack Quiz Builder (React + .NET),
implemented backend logic for survey retrieval, response saving, and dynamic
landing page routing based on NPS/CSAT answers.

- Survey reminders. Added a new reminder type, developed SQL logic for selecting
checked-out patients, implemented background jobs per reminder type, and built
UI for configuring schedules and follow-up timeframes.

- Survey analytics dashboard and reporting. Created a dashboard with filtering,
insights, and downloadable reports; implemented automated daily/weekly/monthly
survey result emails with rich HTML templates and attached analytics.

- Unlayer template builder integration. Replaced the legacy email editor with
Unlayer, integrated it into the React app, and adapted backend processing for
custom HTML templates.

- AWS S3 integration for sent message archiving. Implemented storage of finalized
HTML messages in Amazon S3 after delivery, ensuring long-term persistence,
auditability, and the ability to review exact content sent to patients across
notification and automation workflows.

- Automation sequence builder. developed a visual automation builder using React
Flow and implemented backend sequence execution logic, validation, and node
transitions.

- Notification Sender with Patient Engagement sync. Built a RabbitMQ-based
integration to synchronize delivery results, update patient states, and unify error
handling across services.
 - Keap CRM integration. Implemented patient synchronization and campaign
creation features (frontend and backend), including required SQL selection logic
and API communication.

- Frontend redesign. Contributed to a major redesign of the Patient Engagement UI
and updated backend endpoints to support the improved UX.

- AI-Assisted Multilingual Template Generation. Implemented an LLM-powered
feature that automatically generates localized Email/SMS templates (e.g., ES, RU,
UK) based on an existing English version within the same template group.
When a user attempted to create a template for another language, the system used
OpenAI API to analyze the ENG template’s tone, structure, placeholders, and
medical context, then produced a linguistically consistent localized version.
