Achievements
My role as a Chief Project Engineer gave me possibility to develop the new direction of work at Variant Factory
Ltd. The hard team work of the sales manager and mine allowed us to develop the direction of the company and
increase the turnover 7 times during last 6 years of work. Two new companies were established working in the
area of contract manufacturing.
During my work at Finprofile Ltd I proved to owners that it is possible to work successfully by outsourcing in
Ukraine in metalworking area. I found the suppliers they produced the components cheaper with perfect quality
then own production at Finprofile Ltd.
My work at UKRTEPLOPROM Ltd gave me great opportunity successfully to start the new production facility
“from ZERO” in Ukraine.
During my work at EcoFridge I was able to apply all my knowledge and experience. After promotion to General
Production Manager I became a Head of Production Department. While holding this position I played a leading
role in the process of ISO 9001 certification of our products. In August 2010 EcoFridge received ISO 9001
Certificate. Altogether I successfully managed all the aspects of production process. In particular due to
optimization to the whole production process carried out by my team under my supervision we were able to
reduce the supply time of the products by 50%.
