Public Activities

Expert of International & Multicultural Cooperation, Project Support at “Institute for Urban Development” (Vinnytsia City Territorial Community), Local coordinator of Intercultural Cities Program in Vinnytsia, a local consultant on Roma in Vinnytsia City Territorial Community under the project "Protection of
National Minorities, Including Roma, and Minority Languages in Ukraine" in 2023-2024, a leader of Local Initiative Group on Issues of National Minorities under the project "Protection of National Minorities, Including Roma, and Minority Languages in Ukraine".
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Close cooperation with local national communities and community engagement groups in Vinnytsia;
• Coordination of multicultural project activities for Vinnytsia, implementing the Intercultural Strategy of Vinnytsia City Territorial Community;
• Encourage the review of the policies of a city the development of comprehensive multicultural strategies that will help the city to positively manage diversity.
• Promote interaction between specific city administrations for the implementation of the multicultural policy model;
• Communicate to the political leadership about the city's needs and progress in terms of its multicultural commitments (directly when possible or with the support of authorities);
• Mobilize civil servants, business, civil society and other actors to contribute to the multicultural goal of the city; - Collect and share good practices, policy approaches and future plans within the city;
• Participate in policy exchanges organized on the issues of national minorities with regional or national authorities;
• Contribute to the general development of knowledge about the rights of national minorities by participating in thematic exchanges and surveys.

Multicultural integration in Vinnytsia, development of national cultural communities in Vinnytsia, as well as work with IDPs from the eastern part of Ukraine, and advocating Roma rights in Vinnytsia City Territorial Community.
