Work experience
UX Researcher
from 09.2025 to 12.2025
(4 months)
Сільпо, Kyiv (Retail)
At Silpo — Ukraine's largest grocery retailer — I led user research for the PLUCHS grocery subscription, running interviews and usability testing to uncover why customers couldn't recognize the value they were already paying for. I translated those findings into design decisions that surfaced subscription value across key touchpoints, lifting value comprehension from 3/10 to 9/10 in usability testing.
UX Team lead
from 04.2025 to 06.2025
(3 months)
Choice, Kyiv (IT)
I led the redesign of ChoiceQr's registration flow, directing a team of four designers through discovery, synthesis, and prototyping to find where new users were dropping off. The core decision was to split a single overloaded sign-up step into a shorter, progressive flow — reducing the upfront commitment and letting users reach value before being asked for everything. Combined with the onboarding and menu-creation work, this contributed to lifting product conversion from 3% to 6%.
UI/UX Designer
from 12.2022 to 01.2025
(2 years 2 months)
