LEGENDS TEAM
Team Lead Design. I joined a team that had no design
department structure. I built all processes from scratch,
including task trackers, metrics, KPIs, and bonus systems. I
reviewed salary revisions. I analyzed the work of all design
departments and also opened up a new direction for the
company: UGC. I selected candidates, conducted technical
interviews with UGC managers, and managed financing for
two departments: motion designers and UGC. I was the
supervisor of nine people at the same time.
