My name is Yevhen, and I am a veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war. I have been following
the work of your organization in Ukraine for a long time and have been looking for an
opportunity to become part of your team.

The principles of your organization are very close to my own values. I believe that you are
part of the soft power that helps change the world for the better, and it would be an honor
for me to contribute to your mission and support the protection of civilians.
As I mentioned, I am a veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war with direct combat experience.
I joined the army as a soldier and served as an infantryman. After the Kherson campaign in
2022, I was transferred to brigade headquarters, where I worked with organizational
processes, documentation, and personnel management.

In 2023, I created one of the first recruitment centers in the Ukrainian Armed Forces. I built its
work processes from the ground up and brought together psychologists, veterans,
commanders, and specialists from different fields to create an honest and transparent
recruitment system. My work included interviewing candidates, matching them with
suitable positions, and assessing their psychological and professional readiness.
Because of the nature of my role, I was also responsible for planning the safe movement of
recruits to training centers and organizing their transportation to the brigade. I believe this
experience would be valuable for your team.

I also have strong professional connections in both the military and humanitarian sectors,
which I believe would help me perform effectively as a Safety and Security Officer.
In addition to my military experience, I hold a Master's degree in History from the Faculty of
Political Science. This gives me not only professional knowledge in my field but also a deep
understanding of the cultural, social, and humanitarian context of Ukraine and Ukrainian
society. I believe this perspective could also be useful to your team.
