clear grading criteria and defined expectations, making reviews consistent and transparent for all
parties; built an automation script cutting data processing from 8-10 hours to 20 minutes per
cycle.
●​ Designed a 5-layer OKR and goal management framework replacing a performative,
unstructured process - built templates, documentation, and a defined goal-setting cycle;
organization moved from no active goal management to live implementation within months.
●​ Built internal communications infrastructure from scratch and led migration to Slack as
primary platform: structured team meetings into 3 formats, introduced new interaction
touchpoints, established clear cadence - 100% adoption from day one, 90% reported comfort
within the first month.
●​ Established financial accountability across program transactions (2 geographies, 6+
sources) - redesigned end-to-end accounting process with clear ownership, introduced new
payment methods, reducing monthly report correction time by 90%.
●​ Streamlined core operations: transformed onboarding from an unstructured file bundle into a
step-by-step structured program; introduced planning cycles, role and position profiles, and hiring
