I operate at the intersection of strategy and execution - close enough to the detail to see what’s
broken, far enough back to design the fix. Across Web3, game development, and NGO
leadership, I've established operational infrastructure from scratch, scaled processes across
complex organizations, and built working systems where none (or little) existed. I’m drawn to
