PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES – Since June 2022: a private company providing services
using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and surveying equipment.
Functions and Responsibilities:
Processing and preparation of surveying data—remote processing, retrieval and conversion
of coordinates to the required zone on the company’s server, verification of the accuracy of
the results and generation of refined coordinates for further use.
Real-Time Kinematics Services (RTK) - technical support and assistance for customers in
setting up and using services (subscriptions), analyzing and organizing customer data from
various sources to optimize service delivery and improve customer service quality.
GNSS equipment rental - verifying that the instruments are operating correctly and
functioning properly before handing them over to clients; providing technical guidance on
the use of equipment (Leica GS08 plus, Alpha 4i) for conducting topographic surveys and
setting out control points in the field.
Network support for stations - connecting, rebooting, and analyzing the operation of base
stations; identifying malfunctions and relaying information to technical specialists for
troubleshooting; completing and submitting station information forms.
Marketing materials and operating documentation -translation of technical documentation
and marketing materials from English; preparation of customer manuals on how to use
devices and connect to RTK services; development of software comparison charts; and
monitoring of competitors’ pricing packages to prepare internal analytical reports.
Laser scanning - research and comparative analysis of laser scanning data processing
software: Dot3D, 3D Survey, Agisoft, Context Capture, and Credo Photogrammetry.
Comparative analysis of cloud services for working with point clouds (CESIUM, opengis.ch,
etc.) based on supported formats, pricing, and availability.
Sale of surveying equipment – documentation support: analyzing the client’s needs,
preparing a commercial proposal based on the equipment’s technical specifications, and
drafting and finalizing the contract.
Client contracts and technical support for service delivery - preparation of the necessary
permits and supporting documentation in accordance with martial law requirements
(contract, transfer agreement, service agreement, letter, commercial proposal).
Financial and administrative work with clients – monitoring and analyzing the client base,
preparing data, generating invoices, and tracking payments.

Over the course of four years working in the field of GIS technologies and surveying
equipment, I have gained practical experience in providing technical support to clients,
administering RTK services, and conducting analytical work.
Despite the small team size, I strove to expand my expertise independently learned about
new equipment lines from various manufacturers, guided clients from initial contact
through closing a deal and initiated the creation of internal tools to optimize processes.
My professional goal for the next three to five years is to deepen technical expertise and
broaden experience in related areas connected to geospatial data and modern digital
technologies, including the use of artificial intelligence.
I am interested in working as part of a team of experienced professionals where I can grow
professionally, take on more challenging tasks, and expand my potential through projects
with an international scope and an English-speaking environment.
I actively promote and develop communication in English.
I am open to participating in fieldwork and am ready to expand my experience working with
modern digital devices and technologies, including scanning objects, 3D environmental
design, and creating visual and graphic materials.
