point of contact when the main office is closed.
Emergency Problem Solving: Handling breakdowns,
accidents, or rejected loads in the middle of the night.

1. Strategic Driver Planning
Route Optimization: Designing daily local schedules for
drivers to maximize the number of stops while

Driver Coordination: Acting as the primary point of
contact for local units, assigning specific equipment, and
ensuring "on-time" arrivals for local pickups and
deliveries.
