2. General QA Engineer – LoveCrafts (Kyiv, Ukraine)
October 2016 – July 2018 (1.8 years)

e-commerce startup.
- I was working with Jira tasks as part of three different product
development teams, and I was also supporting the releases (50%);

3. General QA Engineer – MyHeritage (Kyiv, Ukraine)
August 2018 – February 2019 (0.5 years)
I was a web QA Engineer (manual and automation) in a PHP based
e-commerce company. I was working with different manual tasks, and I
was writing new / fixing old auto-tests in Ruby (Watir+Selenium
framework). I’ve executed tasks alike:
- some FE changes deployed to one of testing server, and we need to
compare mock-ups, specs with actual state of the page / feature / site for
several browsers / devices;
- some BE changes available on Production / Test Server, and we should go
to the DB after some time, and check the data there, compare with the
requirements;
- because of recent changes, some auto-tests failed, and were disabled. I
should debug all of them, and either fix, if there are issues with tests or
with data-set; create a bug and assign to the developers, if failures are real;
create a task for refactor auto-tests, and fix them in future;
- new functionality was developed, and I suppose to create new auto-tests
and write new code to support those tests;
- some feature needs to be enabled / disabled on Production for some
specific users (A/B testing, Feature Flags monitoring);
Common tools, which I’ve used:
- Watir (Ruby) (for writing automation tests);
- Charles (for Proxy and testing on mobile devices/tablets);
- SQL for writing DB queries;
- Grafana for monitoring important metrics;
- VPN tools for testing web apps against different locations all over the
world.

European retailer. I was participating in planning activities when the new
sub-project began and was demoing our work when needed. Supporting
frequent releases. Doing regular manual testing / verifying when
developers did some bug-fixes / new features. Writing the manual test
cases, test plans and other documentation for current projects, etc. Prepared
an automated test-coverage solution from scratch. Also, I was performing
duties as a Scrum Master in our team. Was participating in other internal
