• Own monthly retention, churn, and satisfaction reporting for the school's General English course line (100+ students), turning raw feedback into curriculum and process decisions.
• Analyze learner feedback to identify drop-off patterns and shape retention initiatives.

• Directly manage and develop a 10+ person teaching team (20+ across total tenure) — full cycle from hiring through day-to-day coaching.
• Designed the "Perfect Teacher" quality framework — pre-lesson planning, in-class delivery, and post-lesson follow-up — now the team's standard evaluation model.
• Review lesson recordings on a weekly/bi-weekly cycle and run structured 1:1 feedback sessions with written development plans.
