Programme received the Best Compliance Program 2025 international

Led the organizational readiness for the U.S. Government Due Diligence,
redesigning governance, compliance and internal control systems. URCS
became the first Ukrainian organization to successfully pass the process
and secure direct U.S. Government funding.
Led the design and implementation of the Branch Development & Volunteer
Programme, transforming 200+ local branches into high-performing
community organizations and strengthening social services reaching 2.5+
million beneficiaries annually.
