generating complete, SEO-structured local-service websites end to end: copy, images,
logos, sitemaps, and per-location pages.
• Built its multi-LLM content pipeline with SERP-based competitor research and a configurable
content-rules / QA engine that auto-fixes violations before publishing; one-click publishing
via WordPress, GitHub, and Vercel with an admin UI for brands, service catalogs (900+
categories), and location rollouts; background-worker + polling architecture on Railway for long
generation runs.
• Marketing analytics CRM (Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL): unifies Bing Ads spend,
CallTrackingMetrics call data, and revenue reporting into one attribution dashboard —
campaign profitability, call outcomes, alerts, weekly rollups.
• Engineered its multi-source sync pipeline: parallel API fetches, automated call-to-campaign
matching and deduplication, and a watchdog that detects and recovers stalled sync runs.
Deployed on Railway.
• Field-service operations CRM (Next.js, PostgreSQL): syncs Workiz jobs with line items and
technician assignments; automates technician-payout and company-share calculations,
campaign attribution, and exports.

• Google Maps lead scraper (Python, Flask, Selenium): web app that maps a metro area,
