Key Responsibilities
• Support pharmaceutical warehouse operations for inventories of up to 1,100 SKUs.
• Receive pharmaceutical deliveries, verify quantities and documentation, inspect product
condition and report discrepancies.
• Receive, store and dispatch temperature-sensitive medicines using cold boxes,
conditioned ice packs and LogTag temperature monitoring.
• Store medicines according to FEFO principles, integrating new deliveries into existing
stock while maintaining correct stock rotation and organized back storage.
• Prepare, replenish and maintain pharmaceutical kits for three Mobile Clinic teams,
Telemedicine and SRH activities, ensuring completeness, expiry control and readiness
for field use.
• Maintain medical bags by checking kit contents, expiry dates, seals and documentation.
• Pick, assemble and prepare medicines and medical supplies for field activities.
• Store and issue controlled medicines using stock cards and established security
procedures.
• Manage returned, quarantined, damaged and expired medicines according to warehouse
procedures.
• Perform routine and full inventory counts, investigate stock discrepancies using paper
records and isystock history, and support stock reconciliation.
• Monitor refrigerator and freezer temperatures, review LogTag data and prepare cold chain
reports.
SELECTED PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS
• Reorganized the Extra back storage area using FEFO and alphabetical order, making
replenishment, expiry control and inventory counts faster.
• Created an Excel tool for buffer stock management, improving stock visibility,
replenishment tracking and daily buffer control.
• Developed a simple coding system (D1W23) for repacked medicines to identify who
repacked medicines and when during discrepancy investigations.
• Improved pharmaceutical order documentation by adding Packing List number,
destination, preparation date, stock deduction date, picker and double-check
information, improving traceability throughout the dispatch process.
