Sports Management Ecosystem
Project Description: A multi-application sports platform connecting athletes, coaches, clubs, colleges, and
administrators. The ecosystem supports athlete management, recruiting, payments, notifications, content
management, and multiple branded products sharing a common backend architecture.
Responsibilities:
• Developed end-to-end features across React/TypeScript frontends and Node.js/NestJS backend services.
• Designed and implemented a configuration-driven architecture supporting multiple branded applications from a
single codebase.
• Implemented Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) across frontend and backend services.
• Built complex registration and onboarding workflows with validation and role-based access.
• Integrated authentication solutions using JWT, Passport, OAuth 2.0, and Keycloak.
