Product owner of projects in the Company that are aimed at improving or creating return processes and their
automation.
Segments: B2B and B2C.

Main job responsibilities:
a) Management of the team backlog in accordance with the priorities of the Company's business - the work is
carried out according to the SAFe method;
b) Preparation of product vision, BRD creation, development control, delivery to business, product support;
c) Analysis of current processes and creation of concepts for new products.
d) Creation of modules for automatic notification of responsible persons about the blocker during the return
process.
Additional tasks:
1) Maintaining the released versions of the product on "production", finalizing the MVP (collecting information in
the "field" and collecting requirements from the business).
2) Creation of working groups and subsequent team work to “straighten” processes, eliminate blockers and
duplicates in processes. Searching for the necessary ways to solve blockers in cross-working groups, organizing
meetings, writing regulations for working with BA (TO-BE processes).
3) Collect requirements by examining department processes, interviewing key stakeholders, studying processes,
coordinating work with other departments on cross-cutting tasks.
4) Creation of project documentation:
a) Creation of a business concept of the project for the approval of the main tasks and results during the
implementation of the project by the management of the Company.
b) Preliminary description of processes in flowcharts (BPMN elements), writing BRD for subsequent joint work
with BA on the terms of reference for the project.
c) Maintaining the project structure and plan in Confluence, as well as setting tasks and working on them using
task managers (Jira, Bitrix).
5) Setting tasks for obtaining statistical information in PowerBI for the analysis of indicators (both before and after
the implementation of the project).

- development of technological maps of services, coordination with the services of cards of the bank and the NBU
of the documentary base;
- accounting and analysis of the financial indicators of the department and the products of the department for the
branches of the bank and supervision of the branches in the regional centers for financial services that were
supervised by the department;
- analysis of financial documents and business plans of enterprises for the Bank's credit committee; preparation of
a feasibility study and a credit summary of the project;
- solution of issues related to the debt of client enterprises;
- work in the part of the document of the type of operations for the construction financing fund A; work on factoring
operations on behalf of the Factor and the Lender; work with legal entities as suppliers of machinery and
equipment under financial leasing agreements, as well as with the executive authorities on the registration of
vehicles and equipment;

Additional education and achievements:
- 2017 TechMind courses from IAMPM;
- In 2018, together with the team, he prepared a project for participation in the MBioS Challenge competition for
biomedical startups. Our team won the main competition “Project with a Working Model and Cash Flows”.
- In 2018, he was in the USA for two weeks as part of an experience exchange with US clinics (Washington,
Dayton, Columbus) in terms of digital medicine.
- In December 2018, he organized the participation of QROK in the session of the UN structural unit for the
regulation of shipping, IMO (International Maritime Organization). A prototype of the IQ-ROK system (The
system of intellectual and quality Regulation objects and knowledge their position on board) was presented. He
also prepared a prototype and documentation for obtaining a type approval certificate in the Maritime Register of
Ukraine.
- Trained for PMP (Project Management Professional) at TenStep Academy.
- In 2020-21, I passed: 1) Lean training (yellow belt), 2) PO (Product Owners Intensive from EPAM) advanced
training, 3) I am currently studying the Leading SAFe course (5.1).

Personal qualities and goals:
- I appreciate honesty and decency in people - and I myself follow this rule in my actions.
- I appreciate the diversity of the team and I understand that this sometimes entails difficulties in project
management, but the same diversity gives stability and competitive advantage of the team and, accordingly, the
project.
- I accept responsibility for the result as a project manager.
- The essence of the project is very important to me, as well as clear goals and completeness of resources and
powers to achieve them.
- I want to get an upper-intermediate level of knowledge of English by the end of 22 years (I switched to 5-day
training), I want to develop projects that change the lives of users for the better. Currently the level of English is
pre-intermediate.
