Experienced and strategically oriented manager with deep experience in coordinating the
HAB in Odessa and Odessa region, as well as regional humanitarian projects (including in
partnership with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees). I have

service centers, social protection departments and other state and charitable institutions.
I directly take an active part in the coordination meetings of the UN Office for the
Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA - a unit of the UN Secretariat in Ukraine that
coordinates emergency response, distributes funding and unites the efforts of humanitarian
organizations, authorities and donors to assist the war-affected population), the Working Group on
Cash Assistance (WGCA) and the Protection Cluster, as well as in the forums of the councils of
