 Designed the member journey end to end: onboarding, daily accountability, group calls, ranks, points, rules, networking, learning
programmes and retention workflows.
 The paid subscription model achieved an average member lifetime of 16 months, with multiple subscriptions lasting two to three years or
longer.
 Best recorded monthly outcomes included approximately $10K in revenue following the mentorship launch and up to 30 new community
members.
 Conducted 60 diagnostic calls and closed 15 sales in two months at a $775 average ticket.
 Managed a developer, AI automation developer, marketer and video editor, and coordinated a marketing partner across launches and
ongoing operations.
