• Sole Android developer: owned the full cycle from requirements and design to release and production support.
• Moved part of video rendering from the server (AVFoundation) to the client using FFmpeg, based on Firebase
data on device models and Android versions showing most users had high-end devices. Cut overall
processing time by 15–20%, validated with QA across video formats, resolutions and bitrates.
• Raised crash-free rate from ~90% to 96% by triaging Crashlytics and fixing the most frequent issues first.
• Built core features: custom video effects and transitions, teleprompter, video subtitles, voiceover, guide mode.

statuses, a scheduler dispatched uploads by status, and the client reconciled with server-side state to send
only the remaining parts.
• Financial Tracker: in a team of two, developed a spreadsheet-style finance app (a lightweight mobile Excel)
with expense and income tracking, charts and tables.
