Teams of 5–11 engineers.
• Delivered a zero-downtime MongoDB-to-PostgreSQL production migration: co-designed the strategy, built restart-safe
batch scripts with validation and structured logging, and ran dual writes across both databases until cutover.
• Eliminated failures on 1.3–1.5 GB SVG report exports by moving generation into Redis and BullMQ workers, replacing a
process that crashed the Node runtime and freeing the request cycle for user traffic.
• Integrated Monobank, PrivatBank and Nova Poshta APIs with webhook endpoints and CRON-driven synchronization,
removing manual reconciliation between systems.
• Provisioned and configured AWS infrastructure - EC2, S3 and RDS PostgreSQL - and built CI/CD pipelines that cut
release time from around 40 minutes of manual steps to roughly 10.
• Migrated file storage between providers with integrity verification and restart-safe processing, and automated a recurring
analytics export that previously consumed several hours of manual work each week.

peak load.
• Supported decomposition of a five-service monorepo into microservices, sharing backend packages and utilities across the
codebase.
• Implemented role-based access control across 3–7 roles per product area with validation schemas shared between modules.
