I’m a Psychology student and early-career HR & Recruitment specialist with hands-on internship experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, recruitment analytics, and HR processes.

During my internship at STOPFAIL Academy, I worked with candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and job boards, Boolean and X-Ray Search, CV screening, cold outreach, screening interviews, candidate assessment, recruitment funnels, and metrics. I also gained practical knowledge of onboarding, adaptation, 1:1 meetings, employee feedback, retention, and the employee lifecycle.
