For more than 2 years, I have worked at a freight forwarding company as a load tracking specialist. Alongside
this, I independently source loads through the Sylectus platform and in cooperation with brokers partnered with
the company.
• Coordinate operations involving Sprinter vans, small and large straight trucks
• Oversee freight movement across the USA and Canada
• Utilize TMS/CRM systems in daily operations
• Promptly resolve on-road issues — breakdowns, delays, route changes
• Monitor and control loading/unloading procedures
• Maintain shipping and delivery documentation
• Conduct real-time GPS tracking of vehicles
