ABOUT ME
I’m a Java Software Engineer with experience building web applications using Java, Spring
Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, and the OpenAI API. During university, I worked on several
group projects using Scrum, gaining experience in teamwork, task planning, and collaborative
development. I enjoy solving problems, learning new technologies, and turning ideas into
practical software.

PET PROJECTS
SUPPORT AI
Built an AI-powered customer support system using Java and Spring Boot, with features for
creating and managing support tickets, messaging, agent assignment, and different user roles.
Integrated the OpenAI API and RAG to help generate responses using the ticket conversation
and information from a custom knowledge base. Used Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, MySQL,
and Thymeleaf to build the application.
FORUMLY
Forum-style web application built with Spring Boot, featuring community management, posts,
comments, and voting. Implements role-based access control, secure authentication and
authorisation with Spring Security, transactional logic, and centralised exception handling
using custom exceptions. Designed with a clean layered architecture (DTOs, services,
repositories) to ensure scalability and maintainability.
MENTAL HEALTH
Built with Spring Boot and Spring MVC, the module handles psychological tests, quizzes, and
chat through a structured backend and dedicated HTML pages. It uses Spring Security with
BCrypt for authentication and stores user data and test results in MySQL using Hibernate.
The responsive UI keeps the system simple to use and easy to extend.
