Experience (humanitarian projects - 11 years):
1. Terre des hommes - Project Manager 8 months
Dnipro. December 2025 - present
 led the launch of an inclusive education project and coordinated all aspects of project
implementation, including program delivery, communications, finance, partnerships, and MEAL;
all 41 project targets were delivered in line with the workplan
 recruited and supervised a team of 8 staff members and managed an implementing partner
 prepared monthly narrative reports and contributed to financial and MEAL reports
 organized and supported monitoring visits to ensure effective project implementation
2. Premiere Urgence Internationale - Deputy Protection Manager 1 year
Dnipro. December 2024 - November 2025
 managed the protection programs within BHA, CDCS, UHF, and AICS projects
 coordinated a broad range of protection activities, including needs assessments, monitoring,
referrals, IPA, MPCA, social taxi, workshops, counselling, awareness-raising, and case
management; all 18 protection targets were achieved
 supervised and delivered ongoing capacity-building support to a protection team (6 persons)
 support medicine and MHPSS teams in referral process, contributed to coordination of
multi-disciplinary teams
 collaborated with local authorities and humanitarian partners, represented the organization in
the Protection Cluster and GBV AoR Working Group
3. FHI 360 - Senior Protection Officer 10 months
Dnipro. February - December 2024
 planed, launched, coordinated, and monitored distribution of 8,000 dignity kits and
conducting GBV awareness-raising sessions for 2,000 people
 supervised and provided capacity building for a team (6 persons)
 implemented the project aimed to support civil society organizations and community
initiatives; 7 CSOs received grants
 developed legal aid, general protection, and GBV case management standard operating
procedures
4. International Commission on Missing Persons - Civil Society Initiatives Program Officer
Remotely. December 2022 - January 2024 1 year, 1 month
 developed a database including more than 200 national and international organizations
 established partnerships with dozens of family associations and civil society organizations
  organized and conducted one workshop and five informational sessions
