For over 5 years, I have been working remotely with English-speaking clients worldwide in sales
and customer support. I have experience managing the full customer journey – from the initial
contact and sale to long-term support. I currently handle B2B sales of a SaaS product for
competition and festival organizers – from cold calls and product presentations to closing deals and
helping clients launch their first event.

- I can quickly make prospects feel comfortable and positively disposed towards me.
- I sell in a way that makes the process easy and non-intrusive for both sides – for both the
client and the sales manager.
- I carefully study the target audience, their pain points and desires, as well as the product,
and then skillfully combine all this knowledge to create a message that resonates with the
client.
- I handle any objections very well when there is something to work with. However, in my
experience, objections are rare because I first build a positive relationship with the client. As
a result, objections turn into simple technical questions.
- I conduct product presentations in a way that keeps clients interested from beginning to
end.
- I quickly analyze lead quality and accordingly assign them the appropriate statuses in the
CRM system.
