N The project explores the concept of a small-scale tourist eco-settlement in Tukhlya,

2 2 Individual Accommodation Units The master plan combines accommodation units, public and recreational facilities,
pedestrian routes, and landscape areas into a cohesive spatial system. The buildings are

4 BBQ Area with Fire Pits communal interaction, and connection with nature.
The project emphasizes a contemporary yet restrained architectural language, sustainable
