Hi! I’m a Python Backend Developer focused on building REST APIs and backend applications with Django, Django REST Framework, and FastAPI.
I have hands-on experience developing backend systems independently, from API and database design to implementation, testing, and deployment. I work with PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, Docker, and Pytest, and have experience implementing authentication with JWT and Google OAuth, background processing, permissions, and integrations with external services such as Stripe.
I have built several backend projects. In WishWe, a social platform for creating wishes and organizing activities with friends, I developed the backend as the sole backend developer, including authentication, event and friendship management, notifications, background processing, and automated testing. One of the main architectural challenges was designing a unified Wish/Plan model with different participation rules.
In Online Cinema, I built a FastAPI backend with authentication, movie catalog, ratings, comments, favorites, cart, orders, and Stripe payments. I also implemented a recursive comment system with unlimited nesting, asynchronous email processing with Celery, automated tests, and integrations with external services. The project was later extended with a React/TypeScript frontend covering the main user flow from movie discovery to purchase.
Besides backend development, I have practical experience with Docker, Docker Compose, Nginx, Linux, GitHub Actions, and AWS, including CI/CD and deployment. I’m comfortable taking ownership of backend tasks, solving problems independently, and working through unfamiliar technologies using documentation and experimentation.
