Short Profile/Summary
I am a public health and research professional with over 10 years of experience managing and implementing complex health programmes and multi-site research initiatives in Ukraine. My expertise spans health systems strengthening, implementation science, HIV and hepatitis C programmes, opioid agonist therapy (OAT/MAT), mental health, and the integration of evidence-based addiction treatment into primary health care.
I have experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with national and international stakeholders, including the WHO Country Office in Ukraine, Yale University, Johns Hopkins University, health authorities, health-care providers, civil society organizations, and community partners.
During the war in Ukraine, I have continued to coordinate research and health-related activities in a rapidly changing operational environment, contributing to the continuity of essential services and responses addressing the needs of vulnerable populations.
My experience covers the full research and programme cycle, including protocol and study development, ethical and regulatory compliance, implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, data collection and management, qualitative and mixed-methods research, qualitative analysis, reporting, and dissemination. My expertise includes conducting and supervision in-depth interviews and focus groups discussions, analyzing qualitative data using MAXQDA and Dedoose, and managing research data collection using REDCap and Qualtrics.
I have contributed to peer-reviewed scientific publications and presented research at international conferences, including AIDS and HepHIV.
