• Architecture: a Laravel application coordinating Python (FastAPI) services (indexer, embedding, chat,
reranking) over REST with OpenAPI contracts; RabbitMQ for asynchronous indexing; PostgreSQL/pgvector;
Vue 3 frontend; Docker Compose behind nginx, SSL and Cloudflare.
• Retrieval: Mathpix OCR for technical PDFs, custom chunking for text, formulas, tables and images with LLM-
generated image descriptions, self-hosted embedding service, hybrid vector and full-text search merged with
RRF, reranking, images passed to vision models when relevant.
• Agent: retrieval, calculator and ask-user tools; adding LangGraph for validation steps and more deterministic
behaviour.
• SaaS layer: roles and permissions, 2FA, task tracker, document workflows, S3-compatible object storage.

Palumni / MTW Poland (Remote)
Multi-tenant SaaS ERP on Laravel, Vue 3 and PostgreSQL. Joined an in-progress codebase and took ownership
of several modules end to end. Team of 3.
• Designed and built the role and permission system used by every module of the ERP.

• Delivered the warehouse and users modules, an in-browser document editor and parts of the finance module,
from requirements to production.
• Implemented multi-tenancy on isolated PostgreSQL databases: per-tenant connections and migrations
executed across all tenant databases.
• Moved heavy operations to Laravel queues with rate limiting; real-time notifications with Laravel Reverb.
• Deploy and operate the application on Linux (nginx, PHP-FPM, PostgreSQL, supervisor, cron); resolve
production issues from application and server logs.

SEO Panel Remote
Internal platform on Laravel and Livewire for managing a large portfolio of websites and the SEO workflows
around them, delivered at a fast pace.
• Took over an undocumented codebase, analysed it and extended it without breaking existing flows.
• Built event-driven background processing on Laravel queues, Redis and RabbitMQ, with scheduled jobs,
retries and failure handling.
• Implemented the permission system, notification flows, automated backups and XLSX/CSV import and export
of large datasets.
• Optimized slow SQL queries and refactored backend code: profiling, indexes, N+1 removal, lower memory
use in bulk operations.

Sofikar, Hubtrust Remote
• Sofikar: delivered an e-commerce marketplace on OctoberCMS solo, from requirements to production.
Integrated external payment and delivery provider APIs, deployed and maintained the site on Apache.
• Hubtrust: built a real estate platform in a two-person team on Laravel, Livewire and Vue. Wrote Python
parsers importing listings from Dimria and OLX, containerised the application with Docker and deployed it to
Render.
