Work Experience
TeamDev ltd. Internship (2021, April – August)

● Implement compiler using Java. The compiler can parse input strings and detect sophisticated math
expressions or Boolean expressions.
● Implement a single-page application for the management user's files. Was used PostgreSQL for
storing data and JDBC for interaction with the database. The backend side was implemented using
Java + Spring Core (mostly for dependency injection) + Spark for data transfer via REST. UI side
was implemented on JavaScript (in order to fully understand how more common frameworks work
(like React, Angular) was manually implemented common processes: state management, routing,
components structure)

TeamDev ltd. Software Developer (2021, September – now)
● Implement features for large application for network configuring. Receive requirements, split
requirements into tasks, discuss general points to implement, communicate with backend team to
get REST endpoints for API integration. Hold weekly meetings with customers to share results and
clarify requirements points. After feature development completion, present it to customers and
product owners.
● Migrate a large multi-services application to a new design system with rewriting styles of sharable
components and introducing a modern CSS-variables usages approach into application. Update
styles on legacy pages based on GWT and Perl technologies, according to a new design system
requirement.

● During migration to a new design system, I was a single developer from an internal team who
updated styles and introduced new UI components to legacy pages based on GWT using Java 8 and
Perl.
● Migrate JS-based application on React 17 to Typescript with respect to complex object types and a
bunch of components and features. After that, migrate this application to React 18, fix different
issues in unit tests and UI behavior bugs that were caused by automatic batching.
● As part of UI team, participated in migration from Webpack module bundler to Vite. Implement a
bunch of custom plugins to adopt legacy application in new modern module bundler.
● Implement and support storybook stories for internal sharable components and publish storybook to
a separate resource for UI/UX designers’ review.
● Participated in automation testing team, my responsibilities are implementing end-to-end tests using
cypress lib with reusing existed page-objects and creating new ones. Introduced a new screenshot
testing approach to a separate automation repository to check daily reports and verify visual issues
as soon as possible.
● Triage backlog with prioritizing and estimating effort for user stories and bugs.
● Review pull requests from teammates on GitHub. Reviewing the code (share suggestions and/or
observations) and checking functionality according to requirements.
● Lead process of onboarding and sharing experience and knowledge by mentoring a few junior
developers.
