• Designed and implemented the referral system and sweepstakes
backend using the Vertical Slice architecture in Go.
• Optimized complex SQL queries for referral counting in PostgreSQL
using LATERAL JOIN and UNNEST, reducing the load on the
database.
• Configured connection pools (pgxpool) and implemented a secure
transaction mechanism to eliminate race conditions.
• Integrated the Stripe API for payment processing and automated
subscription/reward management.

vdmeta (Go, Open-Source Library, Media Parsing)

• Developed vdmeta — an open-source Go package for parsing
and downloading Reels media via a single unified API call at the
business logic layer.

• Encapsulated low-level HTTP requests, media extraction
algorithms, and metadata processing into a clean, reusable
interface.

• Integrated vdmeta into a microservices architecture for
automated media content processing (project currently on hold
due to resource allocation constraints).
