● Sole developer of an MVP of an on-premise Video Management System (VMS) built on Hikvision
equipment, with remote control of door locks and speakers; deployed on client servers.
● Designed the architecture and core application loop in Rust on Tokio (async runtime): video
stream ingestion over RTSP, recording, and live distribution to browsers via WebRTC. The MVP
handled 4 cameras in multi-camera mode with zone-based separation.
● Integrated Hikvision devices through ONVIF and implemented control of door locks and
speakers.
● Built a computer vision pipeline in Python with YOLO that detects people and office equipment
(computers, monitors, stamps), identifies employees by uniform, and builds people-activity
heatmaps, supporting equipment accounting and zone control.
● Built the client application and admin panel with Next.js.
● Built the installation and update process for deploying the application on client servers.

details by entrepreneur type, and submitting reports.
● Implemented qualified electronic signature (КЕП) with jkurwa (DSTU cryptography) for signing
