• Closed an AED 3.8M property acquisition in Abu Dhabi within 14 hours of discovering a critical
documentation gap, arranging overnight manager's cheques and avoiding a $30,000 penalty;
prepared the deal's financial model and 40/60 payment plan.
• Led legal support for the CEO across two parallel cases over ~6 months: vetted 10+ lawyers and ~8
law firms, selected counsel and coordinated filings with police, prosecution and court. A $500K+
asset was recovered and restrictions on the CEO were lifted.
• Prepared source-of-funds documentation for AED 1M+ in transactions requested by Emirates Islamic,

operational management when the head manager stepped away and scaled the team from 10 to 25.
